5 /5 Navroz Sodhi: Bec has been my trainer for almost a year now and has been amazing - guiding me through a pregnancy where we focused on developing pelvic floor strength that made my postpartum recovery really smooth, and worked on strengthening my body to reduce impact of shoulder bursitis and weak hips/knees. She was able to adapt many exercises to work around my many issues while ensuring I still built strength. She is also qualified to provide nutrition advice and has informally helped me get an understanding of my nutrition requirements especially to manage inflammation. Beyond the fitness, sheās a gem of a person and so easy to get along with!
