Sarah Stone Great customer service. I worked with Georgia at the Chadstone store and had a family gemstone ring remodelled into something more contemporary. 95% of correspondence was done over email making the experience seamless and easy. Prices were competitive and turnaround time was quick. They also managed to make a plain band with the leftover gold. I would highly recommend them and will happily go there again.
