1 /5 Easy Irish Dance: Started off OK but then Rachel got sick, their systems werent working and it went rapidly downhill. Communication was nil. Not one phone call in the entire process. I was blamed for upsetting their staff because on the day of signing the contract, the DocuSign system went down and I wanted yo know what was happening after a delay of 2 1/2 hours. Her ego was bruised because I hung up the phone after she started shouting at me because I was asking questions. Rache thenl cancelled our contract just after all 4 parties had signed. We lost the contract, had to pay our $900 and start all over again with another company. No, I do recommend them because their systems are poor and they run on ego. We lost precious time and money in this process. And yes, I have made a complaint to NSW Fair Trading and written to NSW Law Socciety. I have since used another conveyancing company KeyLaw in Queensland and they were amazing.

I was in a very tricky legal situation with a divorce settlement and Rachel ‘took no prisoners’ and fixed the problem inside 3 days. She was worth every cent I paid her. I cannot thank her enough.
