I’ve been doing BFT for about 4 weeks now and I’m already seeing results just from staying consistent with the program — I’m honestly hooked! The trainers at Leonards are awesome. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help tweak your technique so you’re doing things right and getting the most out of each session.
There’s such a great community vibe too — everyone’s super supportive, and it makes training so much more enjoyable. The workouts are fun but definitely push you (in a good way!), and they’re always a bit different so it never gets boring.
I’ve signed up for the 8-week challenge and can’t wait to see how much more progress I can make in terms of strength, health, and overall fitness. Highly recommend BFT Leonards to anyone — no matter your fitness level. So glad I gave it a go!
