Natalie and her team are professional, trustworthy and most importantly, they do what they say they will do in the timeframe they say they will do it in. Whether it be a straightforward new loan or refinancing with complicated circumstances, (as mine was), they do not give up and work on your loan application as if it were their own. They do all this at no cost to their client at all and Im certain are able to negotiate a better loan with flexible conditions and a highly competitive interest rate than I would ever be able to negotiate on my own. Unlike most brokers, when the loan is drawn down, that is not the end of your relationship with Birdie. Every 6 months (without having to be asked), Natalie goes back to your lender to endeavour to negotiate a better interest rate and on many occasions they are successful. Im 100% converted and will never be negotiating with a bank directly again. Whether it be for myself or family or friends, I genuinely have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Natalie and her team.
