Anke Pilates - NSW

Liza Heyneman I recently experienced a Sound Massage with Anke that enabled me to melt into the massage table allowing me to completely rest and relax. I felt completely held, safe and comfortable with Anke, her presence is very calming and soothing which also lends her space to be very serene also. I would highly recommend experiencing a Sound Massage with Anke and I’m sure I will be back to explore more of her offerings in the future.

Camperdown Fitness - NSW

Claire This is my favourite gym Ive ever been to in Syd (and as an old class pass user Ive tried a lot!). The presentation and facilities are immaculate, you can tell someone has really thought about how to make it work for the user. From lights that dont shine in your eyes when youre on your back, multiple drinkstations and mirrors everywhere... they even have friendly staff (who all happen to be fit!). This gym should be the example for all gyms to live up to.

Josie Cardamone I have attended two immersion sessions at the Healr studio so far and found them to be very beneficial. I was able to completely relax and felt like I had the best sleep after the experience. Definitely worthwhile and Tanya and her team are always very welcoming and professional.

SPS High Performance - NSW

Olivia Ballard I am beyond grateful for the support I have received since joining with SPS High Performance. I started training with Matt and his team following an ACL knee reconstruction, and it was the BEST decision I could have made. SPS provides amazing rehabilitation and strength programs for all their athletes. Matt helped to ensure that I could return to the sport I love without the fear or re-injury. I have gain re-gained confidence in my body and continue to maintain and further my strength and stability. I highly recommend training with SPS to any athlete either returning from an injury or wanting to improve their sporting performance. Thank you for everything!
