1 /5 Darius Tang: Terrible experience, with quite obviously a lot of their services off-shore in the Philippines and Eastern Europe, for cost/profit reasons. Delayed responses and tactics. Repeatedly called number hangs up due to their “call error”. I don’t blame the staff when you finally get through, all helpful, just the corporate policy to maximise their return. Sad. Not recommended.

1 /5 Pijing Duan: They had deliberately made discharge process lengthy and difficult. I requested to discharge with a completed form on 4 June 2024, and it took them more than one and half months to process the discharge - it was then discharged on 23 July 2024. During the process it was also very draining, I had to constantly chase up with them via email and phone calls to seek an update on the discharge process. I often waited days for an email response and stayed for almost an hour on the phone for their customer representative to talk to me… very draining and time consuming. Also, I’m concerned that they may have been double charging fees. There are two discharge admin fees for one single discharge process. While they claimed that the former was charged by themselves and the latter was charged by them on behalf of a third party… To me it seems a double counting on purpose and the total fees they charged for discharge process were much higher than the industry average costs.
