Yolanda Pettinato - NSW

carol de villiers I bought this DVD several years ago, always intending to settle down and just DO it! Recently my neighbour mentioned wanting to do yoga, and now we have regular yoga sessions in my home. Yolandas method of teaching is gentle,no-nonsense, and - unlike other yoga DVDs - through voice, sounds and inspiring clips of seascapes, very calming, relaxing and soothing. The DVD routine takes approximately 30 minutes and the chosen asanas cover just about all the stretching one needs. A very good basic yoga routine. My only comment would be: that there should have been an A and B section, with the B being for more advanced asanas, or additional asanas. So very well done, Yolanda - and thank you! Namaste
