Jess Wilson FINALLY, I found group fitness that works for me! With back and hip problems, KX Pilates is exactly that low impact, strength-focused program that I needed. The classes are flexible to injury and fitness level, and you can pick from a variety of class packs so suit your schedule. The instructors are knowledgeable and attentive - correcting form and movement to ensure that everyone is getting the most out of the classes. Special shout out to Ashley (her Friday morning classes are my fav way to start my last day of the week, work day!), Marian, Josh, and Joel.
