1 /5 Jason Robolakis: Horrible experience. With all fees I paid about 10% more than the adverted interest rate. Also I’ve waited 4 days to get a payout letter. First one had the wrong amount (extra $900) and when I questioned them they never apologized but did recognize their mistake and said they’ll send me a new payout letter with the correct amount. A day later they send me the same incorrect letter. I pressed them again for the right figure and I’ve haven’t heard anything for the last 2 days now. Hopeless.

1 /5 Benjamin Pike: If your broker suggests Capital Finance. Ask to go with Metro. We have two loans with Capital and two with Metro. Capital have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, ever. We are purchasing another vehicle at the moment and I told my broker, do not do via Capital. He agreed with me, saying he as a broker also gets no customer service from them. Avoid these guys wherever you can. I cant wait till our two loans with Capital are gone. Im considering just selling the equipment so that I can say goodbye to Capital forever.

1 /5 D Bowens: These guys definitely need some kind of computer system upgrade. Feel genuinely sorry for the customer care staff as theyre only response is, yep please call back I cant access your account / computer says no ... had a business loan with these guys for 5 years ... Id eventually get the answers I needed a few days later over email. Pitiful response. Glad to finally be moving away. Sounds like St George are taking away their consumer products which is probably a good thing. Utterly Woeful.

1 /5 Vera Chimera: If I could rate 0 stars I would. Worst thing I ever did was take out a loan with Capital. You organize a specific date for a manual transfer of funds, and theyll try to take it out way earlier AND fine you for it if the funds arent there. Customer service arent helpful and leave you waiting for answers they should already know about. Never again. Avoid.

5 /5 Haylee M: Surprised with the current reviews. Haven’t had a problem with Capital in the past. Have had my loan for 4 years without any dramas. Never had a rude customer service member have had all enquires answered immediately.
