Coach Alex has done an amazing job improving his striking and wrestling, and we’ve seen real progress in his skill and confidence. Alex is a knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated coach who really connects with his students. My daughter also does private one-on-one sessions with Coach Holly, and she absolutely loves it. Holly is great with kids and makes each session fun, focused, and encouraging. The gym has a welcoming and supportive atmosphere—highly recommend Carrioti MMA for families looking to get their kids into quality martial arts training.

It’s a mixed martial arts gym offering classes in boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, BJJ and MMA. All instructors here are very passionate, professional and committed to imparting the skills and coaching, in a very friendly & strong team spirited atmosphere. Alex Carioti, the head coach/owner and his wife Kim are absolutely amazing, helpful and very good mentors. This gym is for all skill levels (from beginners to intermediate and advanced fighters), and for all age groups (kids, teens & adults) as well as for improving fitness, self-defence & build confidence. Finally, if you really want to get in the ring/cage and fight… this is the one!

5 /5 C Spencer: Im so happy I found this gym for my son. Not easy to find a professional gym with competition fighters teaching their techniques. My son loves boxing and his instructors are the best. Yes, weve been around the block and this is the real thing. Staff are super nice and the facilities are great. Highly recommended.
