Extremely patient and helpful to guide us through the process. Shared specific tips on how to maximise interest. Made sure we were looked after. Handled with a smile. Even offered if any issues in the future the staff could ring around to get us in touch with him, which was a nice personal banking touch. Also a reminder why Saturday banking is an essential service. She doesn’t have Internet, didn’t remember her telephone banking password. Me being able to take her and Alex guiding her through is an example of helping Australians over a little extra profit.

Jamie-lee Major Mhairi and her team were phenomenal getting our equipment loan sorted. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Mhairi kept us informed throughout the loan application, was always easy to reach and fast to respond and action. It was the quickest loan settlement weve had. Their communication with us and the seller was very efficient which helped for a smooth transaction. The seller also mentioned what great service they also experienced from Mhairi and her team. Our rate and loan terms were very competitive and we managed to get final figures that worked within our budget.
