Michael Lister Claire was recommended to me by a close friend who had bought a property about 6 months before me. I knew almost nothing about the process, but Claire was incredibly helpful throughout, essentially instructing me step-by-step what to do and was always responsive to any queries. In particular I really appreciated the calming presence on the completion date, when the bank created a minor complication!
