shane borham Disappointed; it all started so well and things were great but then the banks (So I am told stuffed us around) and a simple settlement turned into a lengthy one and if it had ended there I would have given a 4 star rating. But then the 4K sign on from the bank didn’t come into our account and it would appear that the forms weren’t filled in correctly by our broker, a dozen calls and 3-4 emails asking to be contacted by the broker as the bank said to get the 4K we would have to rely on the broker to contact them as they would and should be able to rectify it easily; that would have happened had the broker returned any of my calls or emails.
Did we get the money, yes, eventually but I spent the best part of 10-12hrs of phone calls and several emails trying to rectify it and trying to explain why certain processes weren’t followed without actually knowing what happened as it was between the broker and the bank that these conversations happened. Just disappointing that a return call or email would have saved so much heartache and time.
