I had to call twice just to finally get a callback, which I took time away from work for, only to be told at the last minute that the lawyer was busy. THE WORST PART IS THAT FOR THREE WEEKS, I HAD TO KEEP CALLING AND FOLLOWING UP JUST TO GET A REFUND. TERRIBLE SERVICE—VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
