Mei-Ling Grateful to have our financial management strategy in place. We are probably the norm in that wealth management is not at the forefront of our minds (thanks to kids and busy careers)! As the kids grow up, I know we will be more active in managing our wealth but in the mean time, it’s incredibly reassuring to know that we have a skilled team keeping tabs and making that facet of our lives a priority.

Frenchy Chic Totally agree with all the reviews. After an hour and a half on hold, the person at the call centre did not speak english. I could not understand her at all nor could she understand me even when I spelt my surname that has 4 letters. I was under the impression that my phone had been spoofed and that the person I was giving my information to would steal my identity to open an account for them under my name. I think Latitude should drop the big actor payout for their TV advertising campaign and put the money in a call centre in Australia for Australian people.

They advised us well and were able to turn around our application super fast (even suggesting a new lender mid way through our application) in order to make our settlement date work. Easy to deal with with good processes and very supportive throughout. Highly recommend them.
