1 /5 selina Luo: I am the business account customer and came in to use the coin exchange machine. When I arrived, the machine was displaying “Out of Service.” The reception staff asked me to join the queue. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, I finally reached the counter, where the teller asked me to wait while she checked the machine. I waited another 5 minutes, and she returned to tell me it was ready. However, when I went back, the machine still showed “Out of Service.”
I then had to find a staff member again, who told me to wait while they attempted to fix the machine once more. This back-and-forth was a complete waste of my time. After waiting in line for 15 minutes, I should have been assisted directly at the counter rather than being sent repeatedly to a machine that was not working.
If the machine was out of service, it should have been addressed before opening for the day, ensuring it was ready for customers. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.
