1 /5 Nicole Zuñiga Contreras: More than 7 missed calls this morning trying to reach the branch without any response as I did a cash deposit in atm to pay school last Friday 11th and the lady in counter said she couldn’t receive the money and made me do it through the atm but now receiver account said they don’t have the money and I didn’t get the receipt as the default option in the machine at the end of the transaction is “no receipt”, I asked her to help me get something as receipt and she said she couldn’t get anything but for sure the money was rightfully deposited, now how I’m supposed to get my money back as the school asked me to pay again???
