5 /5 May Yao: Some time ago, I handled ban guarantee business at Commonwealth in Hurstville. Due to the constant mistakes made by the ban guarantee department, the originally simple business had to be constantly modified. Fortunately, the bank employee Winnie was very responsible and patient to follow up with the ban guarantee department that took several weeks to complete. Such responsible employees are rare nowadays. I hope that the person in charge of Commonwealth can give rewards or commendations to these responsible and excellent employees. This will encourage them to continue to improve and do better, and it will also allow the bank to attract more customers.
