1 /5 Keith Muir: Cant deposit more than $10,000 even though there is a branch. As you can only deposit in the ATM. They should be able to authorise the higher deposit, is get a teller!

I have had a very difficult year looking after my 94 year old mothers affairs and finances and I have always felt empathy and support from the team. Big shout out to Chrissy the Manager of the Bank. She is an absolute gem. Thank you.

1 /5 andrew: Apparently Commonwealth Bank in Lane Cove doesnt deal in cash anymore - no tellers and a completely cashless branch apart from an ATM that only issues $50 notes. The ATM that issues smaller notes is limited to business customers only. Finally, I was forced to use a QR code to join electronically queue even if only 1 person in front of you.

1 /5 Maxthe222: What a waste of time and money. Originally they gave the impression theyd open a branch there in the middle with tellers and cash. They have taken out a whole corner block in the plaza for a couple of standing desks and ATMs. No one wanted this, very poor use of resources. Look how giant this block is, this literally could have just been an ATM with a sign on it to say "call this number if you want a mortgage."
