She was incredibly helpful, polite, and kind throughout the entire process. As a first-time customer in a new country, I had many questions, and Angela patiently guided me through everything — from setting up the account to explaining international card usage and more. We received exceptional support from both Branch Manager Angela and staff member Nicole, who guided us patiently and professionally throughout the entire process. Over the course of nearly 2.5 hours, they helped my parents resolve various challenges in setting up the account. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and truly customer-first attitude left a deep impression on us. I sincerely recommend this branch to anyone in the community — the team here delivers a service experience that truly makes a difference.

5 /5 Jenine Harris: I had fantastic service today from Nicole. She had an extremely difficult task of greeting all the customers, helping the older people to log into the app to be in the queue for assistance, as well as helping people with their queries. With the profit the Bank is making how could 1 person be there to do all of this. Clearly 3 staff should have been 3 at commencement at 9:30 when everyone has been queueing. . She was extremely pleasant and patient as customers were frustrated, rightly so. I believe her manager came on around 10, she was not friendly or helpful and had a go at Nicole for helping me when I could be on the phone to the department myself! I could not have gotten through it all without Nicole and she went above and beyond and offered to review my loan as an extra, as it had not been done in 6 months, and got me a better deal. I think she is extremely professional, helpful and friendly! Thanks Nicole for your help today really appreciate it.

1 /5 Patrick Otto: Worst experience with staff forcing me to use the machine to deposit coins because as the old hag behind the counter said "we dont have coin bags". And low and behold, the coin machine didnt accept all my coins, yet it was Australian currency (not foreign coins)! Thanks for nothing Comm Bank. Your sign on the wall about improving customer service is nothing but BS!
