EFM Health Clubs - NSW

Rama S Been going to this gym for about 8 years. The program, which changes daily, is outstanding. The trainer, Glen, adapts it if you have injuries or some soreness somewhere. He is always supervising everyone so hell let you know how to adjust your body to do the exercise properly. If youre like me theres always gentle reminders! :) He has amazing knowledge and a great sense of humour. I have tried other gyms in the area but this is hands down the best one. It is like having a personal trainer every time, whereas other gyms tend to give you the routine, teach you once, and then no-one ever checks if youre doing it right. The opening times are possibly the only negative for some people as it doesnt open in the middle of the day. But not a problem for me as I only go before work or in the early morning. Others find the evening sessions convenient after work/school. The gym has old and young and all types and everyone is very welcoming. I highly recommend

Flossie Reeves Just love my personal training with Nat. Even though Im old, overweight and injured, Nat has enthusiastically tailored a program to build my strength and fitness. She varies my program to keep it interesting and quickly adapts to whatever aches and pains I arrive at training with. I love her passion for exercise and commitment to learning and being the best possible trainer she can be. Highly recommend.

Observatory Hill Outdoor Gym - NSW

Jie Gao I started training with Maximum Potential Calisthenics here a few months ago, and its been so fun! So much nicer than training in a gym. The trees and gorgeous view make me more motivated to go, and I now am much stronger. Also, if you are looking to get stronger, Maximum Potential Calisthenics, which holds group and individual classes here, is great. Nathan / Dave are so nice and encouraging, and Im having fun exercising - which is not typical for me.
