Fitstop Ascot Vale - NSW

Arthur Steph Armstrong We (my husband and I both go) have been going to Fitstop for over a year now and love it. There is a fantastic community and the trainers are all knowledgeable and super friendly. Working full time means that some days, being able to come to the gym and have the sessions programmed for you means I can get so much more out of them. Rather than wasting time staring aimlessly around the gym wondering what to do next, each session is well designed to progress your fitness. There is plenty of variety and the schedule suits ours!
