When I expressed a preference to have my own building and pest inspection — rather than relying solely on the agent’s report — I was simply hoping Jennie could refer someone trustworthy. Instead, she went above and beyond: she arranged everything on my behalf, from scheduling the inspection to coordinating directly with the agent. She even kindly covered the upfront cost for me.
