5 /5 Simon Lindley: Recently had the pleasure of working with John Dinale on a DUI charge. My DUI was a little different in that I was involved in a head-on collision whilst riding a motorcycle. John is easy to get along with, great to speak to and I never felt stressed with his knowledge and guidance. I knew I made a mistake and originally planned on pleading guilty and representing myself, but a quick search for a Beaches lawyer and getting in contact with John was the best discission I couldve made. He is down to earth, realistic, thorough and covered every base in creating my plea and giving me options to help myself receive the best outcome. I was never too focused on what penalties/sentence I was going to receive as it was my fault at the end of the day, but in saying that the outcome was excellent and nowhere else would I have gotten the kind of results John achieved for me.
