3 /5 Charlie Adams: The gym itself is exceptional for the price — well-equipped, spacious, and great value overall. On my first visit to make inquiries and take a tour, the staff were professional, proactive, and gave a very positive impression. If that same team were still here, I would have happily given the gym 5 stars.
However, when I officially started attending a week later, there was a complete staff change, and the difference was obvious. The new staff come across as lazy and unprofessional — often pretending to be busy on the computer, scrolling on their phones, or playing with their hair while engaging with customers in a way that feels more like flirting than genuine assistance. Unlike the previous staff, they don’t even use their downtime to wipe down equipment or maintain the space. And while we are now out of the pandemic, it’s still important to keep the gym hygienic by wiping down the machines regularly — something that seems completely overlooked.
It’s disappointing because the facilities deserve a higher rating, but the lack of professionalism from the new staff makes the overall experience fall short. For now, I can only give 3 stars.
