Bailey Hooper Similarly to some of the other 1 star reviews, I purchased a gym set a few years back now. I’m leaving a review because I want people to be aware that I would constantly be told that my product was coming and it then got to a point where we agreed on a refund to resolve the product not being relieved (supposedly due to covid restrictions). Once this was settled I stopped receiving money after the second or third instalment leaving them still to owe me $2500 (invoice 668). I have spoken to another person who purchased equipment from a1 and they stated that they received goods but not all of their purchase and when fighting it in court, they still struggled to receive payment (if they ever did). I would strongly recommend staying far away from these crooks. They don’t care who they’re taking money from as long as they’re still making it.

Annie B To find the amazing Bianca I did a thorough Google search of local practitioners. Bianca came up trumps with regard to her depth of knowledge and expertise, her passion for and commitment to her craft and the flexibility and range of her services. After booking my first session with her I knew I was in great hands and have been working with her every since. She is knowledgeable, effective, caring and has exceptional customer service. Highly recommend!

Michelle Callanan I have been training ninja warrior at fighting lyons since the beginning on ninja with Paul Lyons 2018. Stopped for a while when the gym changed hands, but the new owners Michael and Katrina are amazing with myself and my children. We are all on the spectrum so sometimes the classes would be to overwhelming but with the support of staff and Michael head coach we now love attending and get the support we all need. We travel twice a week from Geelong and wouldn’t have it any other way. This gym is like a family to us and everyone that attends. The best community of people and the classes are so much fun with so much variety. Fighting Lyons also do sensory friendly classes and amazing structured classes. Thankyou for always being so kind and for allowing my family to be ourselves

Amresh Sadasivan Ben is the most friendliest, easy-going staff member of the gym I’ve ever met. He was able to provide me constructive advice to get me started on my fitness journey at plus fitness Rockdale. Give this guy a promotion please! #noregrets
