The ring came with all its certifications and information and a lifetime warranty. We will definitely be getting our wedding bands done by Daniel and Doreen. I requested three different golds, a rose gold edge, my old yellow gold rings make the yellow gold central band & white gold face studded with my old diamonds & enhanced with three different precious stones to symbolise my three children. Samantha Dossett Amazing customer service! Came from Prouds empty handed due to terrible customer service and ended up spending quite a bit at Michael Hill. I didn’t really care about the price as the wonderful woman who served me could have sold me anything. She grabbed my attention and offered her assistance within seconds of me walking into the store. We chatted and joked, she gave me her opinion and I was sold. Such a pleasant experience.
