5 /5 Conor Flynn: Recently bought a 2020 model Audi RS4 from Dutton One Brookvale. Im based in Perth so buying a car like this sight unseen is always nerve-wracking, but I cannot fault the team. Simeon in particular was excellent - he recorded a personalised video walk through of the dealership and car and his communication and professionalism was excellent from start to finish. Answered every question I had over the phone or via text very quickly and made the process so easy. He also arranged transport of the car from Sydney to Perth and even recommended a third party to inspect the car prior to finalising the sale. The inspection report flagged a few minor dents, but Simeon simply replied with "we have a guy, theyre already fixed" which I was extremely impressed with. Chloe and Karen were also great to deal with in closing the financials out too. Ive had the car for 3 weeks now and it hasnt put a foot wrong. Competitively priced and very well looked after!
