A special thank goes to my trainer, Ritika. I honestly never imagined I’d be able to build the muscle and strength I have now, but she made it possible. She knows exactly how far to push you while still respecting your limits, and her attention to form is exceptional. Every session feels safe and motivating. Highly recommend her.

She designs tailor-made programs to help your target areas and helps you meet fitness goals. Highly recommended!

5 /5 Terence Elias: I dont know what Lizzy S is smoking, but I can tell you that I have been coming here ever since these guys opened and I have never had a problem them. Jack and his team run a tight ship, the machines are always running and they are constantly upgrading their equiptment. The best thing about this gym is that it does not attract the wrong crowd so it is more safe to attend this gym from late at night to early morning. In my honest opinion this gym is not much more expensive than the mainstream gyms and is well worth every cent.

Luke Russell Outstanding gym. Did a couple open gym dropins while on travel in Melbourne. Facility is top notch; spacious, clean, all the equipment a gym rat could ever dream of. The owners were warm, welcoming and had a rad dog. One of the best gyms I’ve been to!

We really appreciated the staffs caring support and flexibility with accommodating with our larger group. Drinks service was great as well, and everyone had their coffee and tea :).

Henry Openshaw Great gym that’s well equipped since they’ve upgraded the facilities. Good selection of free weights and machines. It’s priced very competitively and happy to pay a bit more as it’s locally owned. All the staff are friendly.
