1 /5 Nishan Shrestha: Avoid at all cost. I believe most of 5 stars are paid reviews. Don’t recommend to any genuine hardworking people. Despite leaving the apartment in good condition, better than what I got when I moved in & have proof to support my claims.They withheld all of my bonds with vague issues. They never lodged my bonds with NSW rental bonds and I was left feeling cheated. In my entire rental history, I have never come across such incompetent agents. Have lodged complaint against them with NSW fair trade.

5 /5 Michelle Xin: Have used elders service for for more than 12 years now. Fiona helped sold two of my apartments at a price beyond my expectations, great communication and negotiation skills. She also helped progress with earlier settlement too. Elders leasing services is also highly recommended. Never had any trouble with them and their fees are quite reasonable.

5 /5 Xielin Cheng: Min was such a helpful agent. He showed a lot of enthusiasm and was very transparent with the property. Would be happy to deal with him again in the future.

1 /5 Rhi annon: I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with elders real estate After moving out of the property in excellent condition, I was shocked to receive a long list of supposed "damages" — all of which were either fabricated, exaggerated, or general wear and tear that any reasonable person would expect. They provided vague photos and questionable charges for "repairs" that either didn’t happen or were grossly inflated. It was a clear attempt to withhold a large portion of our deposit without justification. When I requested detailed proof and documentation, I was met with evasiveness and condescending responses. Communication was poor throughout.
