5 /5 Manoj Kumar: We had a wonderful experience working with Shahin in getting our first home loan. Shahin is extremely professional was very quick to respond to all our queries. I was extremely impressed by his work ethic and knowledge and kept us well informed throughout the whole process very promptly. He was available to communicate at times ,even on weekends! He was able to very easily to figure out our income structure which included sole trader and company income to maximise our borrowing. We had previously found this aspect difficult to get past when dealing directly with my own bank. He made the whole process stress free and got us the best deal for our mortgage. I would highly recommend Shahin to any looking for a stress free experience in buying a new home and also people on independent incomes like professionals and tradespersons.

1 /5 maz F: I have two main reasons to give just one star as below: 1. My wife went overseas during my application for a mortgage with Westpac and was not able to attend in the bank and sign the documents this guys just told me that the only way is to have my wife here in Australia or go with CBA (which had 1% higher interest rate) even when I told them that I have spoken with Westpac and they advised me my wife can attend in the embassy of Australia in my county and sign the document they insist that it is not possible!!! I fix this problem by myself with Bank. The bank even told me it was not necessary to have my wife as a guarantor of my loan. 2. Before sending FHOG documents I checked all documents with them to make sure everything is fine and got confirmation that everything in the form is fine, but the documents returned due to many objections and I had to proceed without FHOG due to lack of time. I believe that Elite Property Finance guys either do not care about the clients or they are not enough professional and experienced to run this business! If you are planning to apply for a loan with these guys, think again.
