I called for a landlord insurance policy from a particular brand, and the consultant explained to me in details that this brand went through a reform and no longer have the product I need. The consultant gave me detailed information on how to get what I need even they cannot provide if for me. I feel very warm as they are willing to go the extra mile and help me when they know that I cannot be their client. And this is why I would like to give them a 5 star review.
