1 /5 Jeff Camilleri: Do not take your valued jewels or watches here. They damaged my sentimental and precious raymend weil watch attempting to change the battery. Blamed the previous watch repairer for altering the watch and making it impossible to open. Not a reputable jeweller or watchmaker. Learn from my mistake. Take anything of value to a reputable watchmaker. Gave 1 star as that is my lowest option. I am so depressed at the state of my watch. They returned it damaged. Couldn’t open it to replace the battery. See picture.

1 /5 Julien Rodriguez: Very upset by my experience today. I have been there multiple time and never had this experience. The guy behind counter claimed to be the owner and shame me with no reasons on the front of all the shop by claiming this is fake watch because the front glass fail without reasons. He told me I’ll fix it but he has to say loudly this is fake. What reasons he has to do I don’t know. I haven’t been there for few years . Even if it is true I don’t know but seriously way under the customer service there. I really felt awful. Don’t recommend this adress even if the previous owner ( the dad ) was an excellent person. Privacy is key and that wasn’t.

I’m so impressed with the latest repair I felt compelled to write a review. We took hubby’s wedding ring to be sized up. It has a pattern on it which the jeweller matched near perfectly-we’re so happy with the end result and would definitely recommend this place if you need a repair done.
