Kate Hyland Hustle Street has been great for my strength and cardio fitness. It’s been great being able to have a choice and tailor my own training to my goals. The trainers have been amazing with my injury and have been able to adapt exercises and have supported and motivated me along the way. See you tomorrow morning :)

Wendy POWSON I am loving the classes at CorePlus in Mitcham. The instructors/teachers are professional, supportive and friendly and there are a huge range sessions to book across the day. The facilities are clean and nicely laid out....highly recommended for anyone who wants to improve strength, fitness and wellbeing!

Lemonade I had an excellent experience at this resort. The entire property is exceptionally clean, quiet, and spacious, creating an ideal environment for both relaxation and productivity. The gym facilities are truly impressive — well-equipped with a wide range of high-quality machines and offering plenty of classes and training sessions to suit all fitness levels. The resort is very well organised, and the staff are consistently respectful, cooperative, and attentive. Their friendly approach, especially when it comes to food service and accommodations, made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this resort combines outstanding facilities with exceptional service, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality.

Ganesh Krishnan I joined Elite Strength in May 2025 and at the time I was plagued with injuries. The team were very quick to provide me with the required guidance to address various injuries and mobility issues which has lead to significant progressive improvements. I’m additionally to this the gym has an amazing culture which cultivates an environment of growth. The team of coaches are very knowledgeable and have a genuine interest in every individual member. I highly recommend this gym for people of all ages seeking a place to train with the intent of achieving fitness goals in a collaborative and safe environment.
