Amy is fantastic at assessing your fitness level and recommending the right level of exercise for each individual. Chris Gym - NSW

Karen Graham Chris Gym is fantastic. I have never been a gym person, but I needed to improve my health, so I reluctantly joined about eight years ago - albeit with very low expectations of myself being consistent and being able to continue training long term. But that was where I was mistaken. Because this gym is different. It is unpretentious. The staff and trainers care about every person that comes there to train. When I started there, it was the first time that Ive ever felt comfortable at a gym, and comfortable in my own skin, without fear of being judged. The biggest compliment I can give is that, eight years on, Im still a member and Im still going to the gym several times a week. Ive trained on my own, Ive done personal training and Im currently participating in their 12-week challenge, The attention and care I have received has been wonderful. I have lost weight and improved my health immensely. I highly recommend Chris Gym.

Claire Lane Judy is an excellent fitness trainer, especially if you don’t like going to regular gyms. She’ll make you feel at ease immediately - and she’ll get you results in just a few weeks. The view is pretty good too!

Rebecca Vize Highly recommend Kim (and Matt) for their PT sessions!!! Over the years I have been to many different gyms, had PTs here and there but have never come across anyone as good. There’s a reason why I have stuck it out, stayed consistent and actually look forward to my Monday morning sessions as I know my time with Kim is not only great for my body but also my mind. It gets me in the right headspace for whatever comes my way. I love that Kim comes to my house and fits in with my busy schedule, she listens and guides me with my training, provides valuable information around what will help with my results but most importantly for me was Kim helped me from post major surgery and not being to do much through at all to now having no restrictions and also being in the best shape I have been in over 10 years. I’m extremely grateful! Thank you Kim.
