1 /5 Joel Rosart: To start my review Ill say that we were recommended to Gerard by some friends and obviously hes been great for them. However, for us he was unresponsive and unprofessional. We needed to secure finance for a new property and our first discussion with Gerard was very positive and he talked the talk. However, from then on it went downhill. He promised to complete things by certain deadlines but they were always late. Communication was poor and he wouldnt respond for days. After several weeks of constantly contacting him we had to switch brokers. Our new broker was a breath of fresh air who kept in contact with us on a daily basis and secured finance within 2 weeks. Perhaps we werent the right clientele for this business but it would have been best for Fin Vu to tell us this up front rather than stringing us along for a few weeks.
