Tharake Wijenayake Fantastic gym! It has a dozen racks, with about half featuring attached platforms for deadlifts or Olympic lifts, plus all the barbells and bumper plates you could ever need. The staff is always incredibly helpful and friendly.

Monika Follie 5 Stars, always! I really enjoy coming to this gym. It’s always spotless and well-organized, and the girls are consistently friendly and welcoming with smiles on their faces. I honestly can’t say enough good things about it, plus, the location is convenient and easy to get to.

YokOoohNooo This Pilates studio has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere — it’s truly one of the most comfortable and positive places I’ve ever been to. Even as a beginner with no clue what I was doing, the instructors were incredibly kind, patient, and thorough in their guidance. Mel, the owner, especially takes the time to teach everything from the basics, which has been a huge help. Out of all the places I’ve tried, this one feels the most like home. Every visit warms my heart, and I always leave feeling uplifted. The staff are just absolutely wonderful — their energy is so genuine and positive, and it really makes a difference. Unlike some places that feel intimidating or overly focused on fashion and image, this studio is all about the experience and making everyone feel welcome. I can’t recommend it enough!
