Ive now been 8 times and love it , Chris is an awesome friendly trainer and his small classes are perfect for dads of all ages. If you have the time you can also enjoy the sauna and ice bath combo to recovery, relax and have a friendly chat. love it :)

Tengu Ryu Martial Arts Academy - NSW

RICHARD LOTHIAN I studied at with the Tengu-Ryu for a number of years, and from the skills that I learnt, I have been able to defend myself, and protect myself from assualt on two occasions, the knowledge I learnt, has saved me from serious harm. Joe is a great man Humble to a fault and skilled beyond what I have encounted before or since. Karate is the best sport for families and for anyone who would like to get a little bit more confidence in their step.

David Whitaker Good session of Hatha yoga with a friendly group. Cathie’s very observant and helps identify areas you can tweak to improve your practice. And the group are very welcoming; the tea&coffee meetup (optional, open to all at a nearby cafe) after the Saturday session is a great addition!
