Q Yu Beautiful new studio with a calm vibe. The instructors are welcoming, professional, and really focus on form. A big shout out to Penny! Classes are small and personal — already feeling stronger and more energised. Highly recommend!

I have never felt so comfortable entering a new gym before. ​The owners, Phuoc and Daniel, deserve massive credit. They have not only created but actively foster such a fantastic, non-pretentious culture that is full of fun and genuine positivity. ​If youre looking for a place where you feel immediately supported and energized, this is absolutely it. Highly recommend! I would give a higher rating if I could.

Sayali Sawant Both the unisex and female-only sections are well equipped. The huge size of the facility makes it less chaotic when multiple people are using it. The staff are good and the washrooms and bath areas are clean. There is also a well-functioning sauna. Overall, I am very happy with my investment.

Rachel Kilgallon This is an amazing gym. It has top of the line equipment which is always clean and easy to use. They have plenty of group fitness classes to get involved in at multiple times throughout the day so theres always something to do if youre lacking that small ounce of motivation. The staff and personal trainers are easy to talk to & help you to reach your goals. An amazing family environment with owners you can tell take care of their business. Can not praise this gym enough. Keep it up :)
