The class are small , the attention personalised and the rapport and care exceptional . Ryan inspires us to be our best and Marie modifies and adjusts the drill so I succeed . 5 /5 Scott Kelly: I dont normal post reviews, most are bogus or not deserved of one, but I believe credit where it is due. Ive trained with Rad for over 2 years, and he is genuinely the best trainer I have had by a mile. The new gym looks slick, and has all the best equipment that I love training with, in particular the assault bike and ski erg. Rad mixes it up and actually makes training fun, and has taken my fitness and functionality to a new level. As a competitive runner, I needed someone that was going to help me get better as I got older, and Im now running better than ever, injury free. A very professional gym that I would recommend to all ages and fitness levels.

The training style and approach are excellent, pushing you to do your best without overdoing it. I can feel the results from my training, and best of all its a friendly and welcoming place to visit.

5 /5 Megan Watt: truly the best gym/fitness class Ive ever been to. I cannot recommend RadBod enough! Radek & the team are so welcoming and are amazing trainers. The small group classes means you dont get lost in a crowd and the trainers are able to give attention & guidance to all participants. I am always amazed at how easily they tailor the group classes to each persons fitness level. A thousand stars to RadBod Fitness!!!
