1 /5 Kieran Collins: Avoid FleetChoice (FleetPartners) at all costs. My experience with this company has been appalling from start to finish — riddled with incompetence, negligence, and a total lack of accountability.
They provided grossly inaccurate budgeting for a plug-in hybrid vehicle, refused to supply supporting documentation despite multiple requests, and failed to act when I raised serious safety concerns after three tyre blowouts. Eventually, it was discovered that the wrong tyre size had been fitted to the vehicle, and yet they treated this with no urgency whatsoever.
Their support process is a joke — repetitive, robotic responses that ignore key details. And once they run out of templated answers? They sign off every email with:
“You can escalate to AFCA”
as if it’s a routine escape clause rather than a reflection of how poorly they manage customer issues.
The incompetence clearly stems from the top. The Chief Operating Officer shows a shocking lack of leadership, professional judgement, and basic common sense. It’s no surprise that so many issues continue unresolved when that’s the tone being set internally.
