Carolyn Foster Range has become an important part of my life. I have MS and the work I do with Wendall helps me deal with pain and mood like nothing else can. The new premises are big and really well fitted out. Everyone - physios and clients alike - are friendly and patient. I highly recommend this practice for understanding, flexibility and a good laugh.

Rike Lücke Bodylove Manly – my absolute happy place! Bodylove in Manly is truly something special. The studio itself is beautiful, but it’s the atmosphere and the people that make it feel like coming home after being away for a while. Everyone greets you with a smile, and you instantly feel welcomed and supported. The classes are fantastic – challenging in the best possible way and guided by incredibly supportive teachers who really know what they’re doing. No matter how stressful or exhausting your day has been, you walk out of a class feeling strong, grounded and absolutely unstoppable. I especially love the reformer sessions, as well as the Assets and Burn the Barre classes – honestly the best I’ve ever taken. They push you just the right amount, and the feeling afterwards is irreplaceable. If you’re thinking about booking a class at Bodylove: do it. You won’t regret it!

Kalos Sthenos Personal Training - NSW

OkayAllan Kalos is a wonderful place to train and I would recommend it to anyone that truly wants to transform their body composition. Their approach is very scientific and the focus is not just on time at the gym but also nutrition and building healthy habits. The energy of the trainer is great and theres a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I have been training with Nic and he is a really fantastic trainer. He is very knowledgeable, patient, pushes me to test my strength, holds me accountable on my food habits while at the same time keeping the training sessions interesting and fun. I am really happy with the results I’ve managed to achieve with Nic’s help. Looks like it’ll be a great investment for me moving into the future!

TLC Health Clubs - Mordialloc - NSW

Kate Shum Fantastic range of state of the art equipment, cardio, free weights and machines. Pilates classes are great, have also tried the HIIT sessions and they are also excellent. I got a personalised program when I started, with three different work outs for plenty of variety.
