Rang Harry quite desperate he sourced my battery fitted it all up in a half an hour and the cost with 3 months guarantee was just super compared with first company.

1 /5 owen oneil: I had a cracked screen replaced at fone galaxy dee why. When I asked about the black dot on the left margin of the screen I was told that was normal. Months later my phone started to over heat the back separated and the otterbox disassembled it self. I tried to take it to fone galaxy for a new case but they were closed for several weeks for holidays so I found fone king at the mall. They were very helpful but gave me a lot of bad news. The black dot in the margin was what is known as a dead pixel, my screen side camera wasnt working and the battery overheating is what caused the back to come undone and the case damage. I had fone king do the repairs and save the screen for me to return to fone galaxy for a refund. I was declined a refund for the screen and told they wouldnt honour any warranty unless forced to do so by the department of fair trading. Ill keep you posted in the event i am encouraged to litigate the full damages in small claims court.
