CorePlus Preston - NSW

Joey Lai CorePlus was my first ever experience for pilates. I was already working out at the gym at the time but I wanted to elevate my routine. But even then, pilates felt a bit intimidating for me as I went alone. But after going here and attending classes with almost every instructor, I could not feel more different. I love the team and how they are different. They allow me to challenge myself or to cut back depending on how I am feeling that day. I never feel judged or unsure of what to do. They are quick to notice but quiet and comfortable correct you. Also a lot of the instructors have a great playlist, often to match the pace. Definitely a bonus. I would highly recommend attending here if you are looking around.

Jarryd Biviano I can’t recommend Dan’s run coaching enough. His program was really easy to follow, clearly explained, and tailored perfectly around my schedule. The structure kept me consistent without feeling overwhelming. Tt guided me to achieve a PB marathon time on the Gold Coast. If you’re looking for coaching that’s flexible, supportive and gets real results, Dan is your guy.

Wellness Inspired - NSW

Varun Rao I have been working with Tanya for over a year and it has been nothing but a fantastic experience. We do a lot of core and strength building exercises to help get ready for my Cricket season. It has been very helpful to get a headstart with your pre-season and it has certainly helped me in achieving my fitness goals for playing active sports. Tanya is very meticulous, professional but most importantly a good human. She helped me get through tough phases, both physical and mental. Encourage me towards bringing the consistency about healthy diet and keep your body moving. Highly recommend working with her.

The Strong Zone - NSW

CHIA HAO CHANG Just wrapped up an upper body session at The Strong Zone today — the coach was absolutely brilliant. Took the time to walk me through each movement properly, made sure my form was spot on, and explained everything super clearly. I really appreciated how patient and encouraging they were, especially when I was struggling with a couple of sets. Felt totally supported the whole time, and honestly learnt heaps. You can tell they genuinely care about helping you improve, not just smashing you for the sake of it. The vibe at the gym was great too — not too crowded, and everyone’s there to train hard and get better. If you’re looking for a place to level up your training with proper guidance, The Strong Zone is definitely worth checking out. Feeling sore already, but in the best way. Can’t wait to go back!
