1 /5 gort tben: The worst customer service! The serving lady was extremely rude! She threatened me to call security when I complained about the defective silver set I bought from them! They sold me a silver set (necklace, ring, etc) which was defective. I believe it is fake silver. It turned black within couple of months in their boxes. This set was never worn! When I went back to ask them to return it, they flatly refused! I am taking them to court for selling me defective jewelry! Stay away from this store!

1 /5 Pavel: I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this shop. The staff, the lady, was incredibly rude and lacked basic manners. There is no official channel for complaints, and the disrespect I encountered was beyond unacceptable. I strongly believe this shop should be shut down, and the owner needs to compensate all the customers who were offended. This type of behavior is disgraceful, and individuals like them shouldnt be employed in this country. My overall experience was disgustingly terrible, and I would caution anyone from using their services.
