Did not clarifying exactly what they would be taking care of despite being asked what they would actually be doing (twice) Said it would be sent in emails....never happened! Then shamefully took sides in what was ultimately a family issue that a solicitor should not be involved in.....extremely unprofessional and no trust in this solicitor.
