G-Force CrossFit - Taren Point (NSW)

5 /5 Jess Turner: G-Force is an incredible gym to train at. The facilities and equipment are excellent, but what truly sets it apart is the amazing community Glen and Rom have built. CrossFit can feel daunting as a beginner, but with the guidance of the knowledgeable coaches at G-Force, you’ll develop skills you never thought possible and become fitter and stronger in the process. The members are welcoming, encouraging, and completely free of judgment, as everyone is on their own journey. No matter your skill level, the community challenges and supports one another while celebrating each other’s progress. I cannot recommend G-Force CrossFit enough to anyone looking to make a change in their fitness, return to CrossFit, or find a new community to call home.

5 /5 Wayne Druery: G-FORCE CrossFit is an exceptional place to train in the Sutherland Shire. The gym and the equipment is fantastic. The coaching is first class and the sense of community is exceptional. Glen and Rom go out of their way to ensure everyone is welcome and included. I could not recommend GFORCE more highly. I am 58 and I believe it is so important that as we age we must stay fit and strong. If you want to get fitter and stronger and generally move better through a process of functional fitness - GFORCE is the place you need to be.

I have been crossfitting for 15 years and have had memberships at flagship crossfit gyms across Aust, UK and the USA and Gforce still measures up as one of the best. The gym space and equipment are top quality with the added benefit of a recovery room with ice bath & sauna. For me the programming, coaches and community are what keeps me coming back. Even after 15 years Gforce still challenges my training and so does the great community around me. All levels, abilities and ambitions are catered for. Don’t think twice about coming by to check it out.
