3 /5 Sai Kumar Reddy Bommadi: Good place to hang out on a sunny day. Beach umbrella or tents would certainly help. Showers and bathrooms are poorly managed as of April 2021. Parking is good but not on a public holiday and would be dangerous to park on road side. Not much eatery available. A well planned visit is needed.

5 /5 Ahmed Amer: A very beautiful beach, wide and quiet. It has good surfing waves and there is a surf rescue service. The beach is located inside Royal National Park. An entry fee is paid unless the visitor has an annual pass. The beach has a good varieties of facilities; toilet, car parking and a restaurant. The car parking space is limited compared to the number of beach visitors.

5 /5 Beavdog 83: Garie Beach is easily accessible and has basic facilities, a park with tables and a kiosk. The beach was patrolled on the weekend we visited but take care of swimming is your main agenda. You can also walk onto the coastal track that travels along the boundary of the park, or rock hop from beach to beach if the tide is agreeable. It’s a very pretty spot and seemed popular but not overcrowded, especially if you’re willing to scout around the nearby area. There’s a $12 parks fee for the day but no further parking fees or mandatory costs.

5 /5 Matthew Yong-OGorman: Beautiful place to come to. Watching sunrise on the coastal track is particularly breathtaking. Just make sure you are extremely careful towards the cliff edge. Facilities at the beach are great!
