We also absolutely love our wedding rings which were also custom designed with Heba. The process to custom design was simple yet thorough to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want. What I thought was impossible to be fixed, Noah, the shop owner, made it all possible... I had been searching for a jewellery/ watch shop in Macarthur for ages that can fix my broken Gucci watch but no one took the challenge... not until i approached GATTEA JEWELLERY SHOP and to my delight, Noah took a look and said it is possible to fix it... what an awesome customer service they have... their service is beyond expectation... the job done is more than I expected... thank you GATTEA... thank you for a great customer service... thank you for a job well done... From the moment you walk in, they greeted me politely and were not at all pushy to make a sale. They took their time, to collect a few beautiful pieces of jewellery I was interested in before making my selection. They made it easy for me to make a decision without adding any unnecessary pressure. All in all, I always feel like a VIP when treated by Gattea staff. 5 /5 Alby Muhic: Recently after the passing of my mother I approached the team at Gattea jewellers in MacArthur NSW to remodel some of her jewellery into something I could wear to keep her close to me after her passing. We sat down and designed a ring using her gold and a sapphire from one of her rings, some diamonds were added and I love the end result. Thank you to Noah and the team for a great service with regular updates. A pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them.
